  • Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, we process payments via our payment provider. We do not store full card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the AgentForms service.
  • Process your form submissions and deliver them via webhooks, email, or other configured destinations.
  • Send service communications, including billing receipts and security notifications.
  • Respond to your support requests.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers: Infrastructure hosting (cloud providers), email delivery, and payment processing.
  • Webhook destinations: Form submission data is forwarded to endpoints you configure. You are responsible for ensuring those destinations handle data appropriately.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and form submissions as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete associated data within 30 days, except where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (fraud prevention, dispute resolution).
