By accessing or using AgentForms ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentForms provides a platform for creating, hosting, and collecting data through web forms. Features include form creation, submission endpoints, webhook forwarding, analytics, and embeddable form widgets.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use AgentForms to:

  • Collect, process, or transmit illegal content or data.
  • Send spam, phishing content, or deceptive forms.
  • Impersonate any person, entity, or service.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Exceed your plan's submission limits repeatedly without upgrading.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, content, trademarks, and logos, is owned by AgentForms and protected by intellectual property laws. Form submissions and data you collect remain your property. We claim no ownership over your data.

6. Payment and Billing

  • Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
  • Payments are processed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Unscheduled downtime may occur due to infrastructure issues beyond our control. Free and Starter plans have no SLA. Enterprise plans may include uptime guarantees.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your forms comply with applicable data protection laws and that you have proper consent from form fillers.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or prolonged inactivity. You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentForms shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
